Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any order if we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may result in immediate termination of your account and referral to appropriate authorities if necessary.
All prescription weight loss treatments are issued only following a satisfactory clinical consultation reviewed and approved by a qualified pharmacist prescriber. Approval is not guaranteed.
Our prescribers act in accordance with GPhC standards and current clinical guidelines. We do not issue prescriptions on demand. Clinical decisions are final and made in the interest of patient safety.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within our pharmacy unless otherwise stated. You must inform us of all current medications and medical conditions to avoid harmful interactions.
Payment is required at the point of order, prior to dispensing. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
You will not be charged for consultations that are declined. If your consultation is declined after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your order has been approved and dispensed by our pharmacist, we aim to deliver within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
We use tracked, discreet packaging for all orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address details provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe location is agreed with the courier.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and arrange a resolution.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispensed by contacting us directly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and prepared for dispatch, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns for prescription medicines under UK pharmaceutical regulations.
Non-prescription products may be returned unopened and unused within 14 days for a full refund in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided they are not medicines or personal hygiene products excluded from the right to return.
